Payment Methods

KIDSLAND™ Online will accept only the following major credit cards for purchases of online products (game subscription or toy purchase): MasterCard, Visa, Disc= over and American Express. These payment methods are referred to as "Online Payment Method").

KIDSLAND™ Online reserves the right to change the online payment methods accepted at = any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Your online payment method will be charged when you submit your order for an onl= ine product, at checkout. You will be charged for the total cost of the items, = plus all applicable taxes, shipping and handling.

If an online product you ordered is not available, we will continue to attempt= to fulfill your order for 10 days. We will notify you by email that your order= is on backorder. You have the option to contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund. If we are unable to fulfill your order during that time, = we will automatically issue a refund at the end of the 10 days to the Online Payment Method used for your order. If we are unable to process the refund,= we will contact you via the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Therefore, it is important that you make sure you provide us with your curr= ent e-mail address.

Return Policy

We will accept returns of an Online Product as set forth below as long as you contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and obtain a return authorization number, which must be included in your return shipment. Custo= mer Care will provide this number to you when you complete your return request , which, allows us to connect you with your or= der. If your item is sent to us without this authorization number it cannot be processed.

We will accept returns of online game subscription = fees that you no longer want because you have changed your mind. We will re= fund the cost of the subscription fees, but not the used subscription fees.= You will receive the prorated subscription fees only. If a promotional code was used for purchasing a membership, you will be refunded the cost of= the product less the promotional discount received.

We will accept returns of new, unopened items in the original shipping condition that you no longer want because you have changed your mind. We will refund the cost of the items, but not shipp= ing and handling charges. If a promotional code was used for purchasing an item, you will be refunded the cost of the product less the promotional discount received. You will be required to pay the cost of returning t= he item and may also be charged a restocking fee of $1.90. We reserve the right to modify the restocking fee policy and amount at any time.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders will ship by United Parcel Service™ ("UPS") Ground, by UPS 3-Day Select, or by UPS Next Day Air Saver, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. Shipping and handling costs are charged per item and are not based on delivery location. If you enter a promotional code for shi= pping when you check out but elect to use a more expensive shipping option than is covered by the promotional code we will apply the promotional code discount= and charge you any remaining balance for shipping and handling costs.

Estimated delivery time once we ship your order is four to five days for items shipped via UPS Ground shipping, three days for items shipped via UPS 3-Day Select shipping, and next day delivery for items shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver shipping.

After you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your order with an order summary including the items you purchased and a purchase tota= l. We will send you an email when your order ships and let you know when you c= an expect delivery with package tracking information. If your order is sent in multiple shipments you will receive a separate notification for each shipme= nt. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from multiple distribution centers. You may receive more than one package for a single order.

We cannot ship to multiple addresses for the same order. If you want to ship i= tems to multiple addresses you must place a separate order for each shipping address.

You will need to check the package tracking number with the UPS™ website,= http://www.ups.com/WebTracking.=

If your order is undeliverable it will be returned to us and we will notify you via the email address you provided at checkout that your order could not be delivered. We will automatically refund the cost of the order including shipping and handling charges to the Online Payment Method used on the orde= r. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with your current e-mail add= ress at all times.
